**Bolivian Cinderella - 5/19/96 She knows she is a princess! She has the look and the attitude! Kisses are free, but not in abundance from this girl! Her fiber...luxurious!
**Ruby's Tuesday - 9/30/97 Tuesday is one special gal! Having to receive antibiotic injections for two weeks, one would think she would become more anti-social. Instead, she started giving more kisses than ever when the episodes were over!
**Gidgette - 9/10/93 Not the cuddliest of our group, but she can be lead anywhere! Her only quirk is rushing into the weeds while trekking to get the bugs off her ears and legs. She is Grandma's favorite!

**BHR Congo - 7/22/98 King of the sweethearts! He is my first love and set the standard for the rest of the llamas here at Storybook Farm! Sweet, loving, gentle...wonderful!
**BHR Desiree - 8/28/99 Congo's queen! These are the originals! Her kisses are full-lipped & powerful! :) However, on the obstacle course, she halts the running by laying down!
**ENCORE "Corey" - 4/11/00 Corey is our largest llama, and the biggest baby on the farm! He is scared of everything! He loves attention, but needs a lot of reassurance.

Princesa Bolivia - 10/22/00 "Sassy" Our first cria born here! Wonderful fiber & sweet, sweet girl! Her mother is Cinderella & she knows she comes from Bolivian royalty!
Gadjit - 4/24/01 Gidgette's son. He thinks he's a dog...a very LARGE dog! He is our herd sire and an absolute dream boy!
Aurora Rose - 5/7/01 Sleeping beauty! As a cria, we could shake her awake...much to our relief! Fabulous fiber...and, She's kissable, too! :)
Sergeant - 5/18/02 Born with his 3 stripes and adored by our friend Sean, who had just joined the military...what better name! He's no drill sergeant...gentle & sweet!

Japhia - 5/20/02 Our daughter's wanted to rule the world! Jamie & Sophia...Japhia! Unique name, unique gal...a little shy, but when she warms up, she's a doll.
Capitan Moteado - 6/3/04 Captain Freckles or "Mo" as we call him! Our first appaloosa born on the farm! He is absolutely gorgeous with dreamy fiber! And, he's a real trekker!

Tink R Belle 6/28/05 - 2/25/06 IN LOVING MEMORY Born premature and only 19#. She seemed to thrive, although she didn't gain much weight or grow much taller... She was very independent, as she would leave the herd to venture out on her own. She was curious and as friendly as a puppy! We miss her.

Twizter - 7/17/04 Notice his little tornado on his head! He's all grown up now, but still smaller than most. He's sweet, charming and another obstacle contender!
This link will take you to the llama song website. It takes a while to load, but I think you will enjoy it... at least the first time around!

Meet the llamas of Storybook Farm!
Our venture began at Blue Hills Llama Ranch in Rice Lake where my daughter and I met and fell in love with two wonderful llamas: Desiree and Congo. They were already registered to be sold at an auction. So, off we went. Now, most buyers at the auction were studying disposition, physique and quality of fiber...not us. I went from stall to stall seeing which llamas would let me pet them..and if I could kiss them, they became five-star llamas! We did pretty good for our first auction. Except when I started bidding against my husband, Jim! He wasn't too happy, but the auctioneer thought it was great! :) We came home with 7 llamas! Here are the llamas of Storybook Farm! (**) Denotes that this llama was part of the initial group of llamas we purchased at the auction in 2000.
**Jasmine by Tuesday - 5/15/00 Looking more and more like her mother every day! She is a little more stand-offish than the others, but she does find some people "kissable"!
Caesar III - 5/23/02 Named after a very special friend that helped us through a difficult time! Caesar is a pro jumper... 4'10" at one year of age, from a stand-still! You should see him now!
Kolachy - 6/11/04 Born during Czech Fest and the baking of 12K Kolachy! She debuted as the mascot the next year! She's another appy with great fiber and a sweet disposition!
